A: For Casual Oxford Dress Shirts, we suggest the following: Mens: S (14/14.5), M (15/15.5), L (16/16.5), XL (17/17.5), 2XL (18/18.5), 3XL (19/19.5), 4XL (20/20.5) Womens: S (4/6), M (8/10), L (12/14), XL (16/18), 2XL (20/22), 3XL (24/26), 4XL (28/30)

Q: What discount levels do you offer for bulk purchases?
A: SierraCreek offers factory-direct prices... saving you hundreds. However, we do offer even greater discounts for purchase levels exceeding $750 / $1,500 / $3,500. Accordingly, the discount levels are 5%, 8%, and 10%.
Q: What are your minimums? Can I order just one item or a sample?
A: Minimum order size is $250. For embroidered goods, there is a 12 item minimum. Customers seeking samples may purchase samples by contacting us directly via our contact form.
Q: What file format do you accept for embroidery?
A: We accept all common image formats (i.e. GIF, JPG, BMP, EPS, TIF, etc.) and take that image file and digitize it by machine and hand to an embroidery format (sometimes called a tape).
Q: I am a returning customer, do I need to pay the digitizing fee again?
A: No. If you are using the same logo for embroidery, there is no charge. The digitizing fee is a one-time fee. However, if you have a new logo design... it will need to be digitized and a fee will apply.
Q: I'm ordering more than 24 items, how do I get the Free Digitizing?
A: When you place your order, there is an area to enter a Discount Code. Please enter: FREEDIGITIZING. That is your code which will credit you $90. If you did not order atleast 24 items and you enter this code, your order will not be processed and you will be contacted with the corrected amount due.
Q: What is the timeframe for my order to be delivered?
A: For non-embroidered items, shipments generally take 2 to 5 days depending on the season. If an item is out of stock you will be informed. For embroidered goods, it is generally 10 to 15 days once you approve your logo for embroidery.
Q: Can I expedite or RUSH an order?
A: Yes. There is a 50% surcharge on all orders. Contact customer service for more information and to discuss specifics.
Q: What is your return / exchange policy?
A: You may return non-embroidered goods for a full refund, less a 15% restocking fee providing the goods are in their original condition. Size exchanges are not subject to the restocking fee.
