How To Place An Order

1) Pick the Items
Browse the website and put items in your shopping cart.

2) Add the Embroidery (If desired)
After you have added the appropriate items to your shopping cart, you will need to specify the embroidery-- if you want your goods embroidered. For your convenience, all these services are listed underneath each product as "May We Also Suggest".

New customers must select SC8770 - 1X Embroidery Set-Up & Digitizing Fee.
This service converts your logo(s) into "tape" for our embroidery machines and is absolutely required. If you only have one logo, leave this number at one. If more logos will need to be converted, enter the proper amount.

All customers must select SC8771 - Per Item Embroidery Fee. This is the cost to put each logo onto each item. Therefore, if you have one logo and have ordered 18 shirts and 18 jackets that will require a logo... enter 36 as your total. If you wanted to put a logo on the chest and one on the sleeve, the number entered would be 72 (i.e. 36 items multiplied by 2 logo placements).

Finally, we recommend that you order a sample sewout swatch (SC9770 - Embroidery Sample Swatch) of what your logo will look like once it has been digitized. This is not 100% necessary, but serves as a "proof". Customers that do not want a sample swatch have no recourse if the embroidery does not meet their expectations.

3) Proceed to Checkout
Double-check your order and make sure the quantities, sizes, and colors are all correct. Ensure that you have selected the appropriate embroidery services. Now you are ready to checkout! Once you go to checkout, you will have a variety of payment options including VISA, AMEX, Purchase Order, and by check. Purchase Order is for returning customers only. Alternatively, you may print out your order and fax or mail it to us. All systems are 100% SECURE and your information is never sold or shared.

Applicable Tax (California Customers ONLY) and shipping will be added.

Once we have your order, we confirm it via phone or e-mail and get your logo. We will then immediately begin work on your order and have it shipped to you ASAP -- typically within 10-15 business days for embroidered goods / 2-4 days for non-embroidered goods.
